San Francisco Museum of Ice Cream | MacMannis Family Portraits

The Bay Area has been nothing but magical since we moved our little family here.  The views of the bay, the gorgeous city and houses that surround it.  The sweet victorians and most of all the many opportunities families have to get out and play.  There are so many great parks, zoos, hiking trails, beaches, ferry rides, the list could go on and on.  The most magical of all?  These sweet little colorful pop up museums.

When one of my favorite families in Alameda asked me to do photos of them at the Museum of Ice Cream, I couldn’t help but get really giddy.  My photography style has been inching away from the bright colors lately but I was not about to pass up this fun opportunity!  During our visit we swung on swings, ‘swam’ in the sprinkle pool, ate ice cream of course, played in the gummy bear forest, rode on unicorns and animal cookie carousels and enjoyed more treats then we needed!  It was such a fun visit!

The MacMannis Family

Some of my favorite shoots of all time have come from the MacMannis family.  I took photos when Maisey turned one.  We baked cookies in their gorgeous kitchen.  Last year we did Christmas Card photos in front of their fireplace.  I’m already excited about our future sessions together and can’t wait to see what we come up with!

Life Style Portraits

I love photographing families doing what they love to do together.  Do you love to bake together?  Do you enjoy getting ice cream as a family and hang out on the town?  Contact me here to set up a session!
